These terms govern the website service provided by Summit Intake Systems LLC ("SIS," "we," "us") to you ("you," "Client"). By starting a plan or checking out, you agree to them.
We design, build, host, and maintain a marketing website for your business, plus the ongoing edits described in your plan, while your subscription is active.
Your plan, price, build fee, and billing cycle are shown on your offer and at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method (via our processor, Stripe) at checkout and on a recurring basis until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is resolved.
You review and approve your site before it goes public.
You provide the photos, text, logo, business details, and access we request. You confirm you own or have the right to use everything you give us, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business information, claims, and licenses. We are not responsible for content you supply.
We build a quality site and do reasonable optimization, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.
Edits and support are provided as described in your plan, within reasonable use. Work beyond your plan may be quoted separately.
We retain ownership of our templates, code, systems, and methods. While your subscription is active, you have a license to use the site we build for your business. Your own content remains yours.
Your site is hosted on third-party infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare). We use reasonable efforts to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.
Either of us may end the service at any time. When you cancel, recurring billing stops and we may take your site offline; any one-time build fee already earned is non-refundable. Terms meant to survive (ownership, liability, amounts owed) continue after termination.
We collect only what we need to provide the service and do not sell your data or your site visitors' data. We use reputable providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting) who handle data under their own terms.
We may update these terms; the current version lives at this URL with its "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
